Herman Johnson Sr. spent his life on education, faith, military service, family, and community. Every program, committee, and page of this foundation ties back to one of those five. The structure below is meant to outlast all of us — simple enough to run today, strong enough to hand down.
Today the foundation is family-led: the President, the Board, and the committees are being formed. We are looking for committee members — especially young people in the family who can carry this forward when the rest of us cannot.
Runs the foundation day to day — programs, events, and recommendations to the Board. Carries his father’s name and his standard for showing up.

Oversees donations, the annual budget, and financial reporting to the family.
Communications Committee
Manages the website, the newsletter, family announcements, and social media.
Family Outreach Committee
Keeps relatives connected, welcomes new family members, and maintains the family directory.
